I received a quote for 2 hours and the unload took less than that. I could not be there to oversee the move but had family members there in my absence. They placed the majority of my boxes all in the same room despite the boxes being clearly marked as to which room they should go. I was told to "release the payment" prior them setting my furniture up. They were in a rush to just get my things out of the truck, throw them anywhere and leave.
