Two college-age kids were my movers, and they were okay. They were late - had gone to the final address instead of the first address. I knew it would take a little bit of extra time because of the elevators in both buildings and had booked an extra hour accordingly. All told, it took SIX HOURS. My belongings don't even fill a 15-foot truck. It was outrageous. I've never had a move take that long. The movers had no sense of urgency whatsoever. They were nice, and they took care of my belongings, but I am not pleased that I am paying over $200 extra because of their speed.

They were super late (5hrs) due to some issues but failed to let us know the second time they were gonna be late. Moved everything in quite fast though.
