I was very happy to have Bell Boys scheduled to handle my loading and unloading tasks. They did NOT respond as I had requested - 3 people for five hours. Rather, they sent five people for two hours, then three people for two hours, plus one hour travel time for three people (from on-loading site to offloading site.) Therefore, there was NO WAY for me to understand the total labor cost, which was MUCH HIGHER than I expected it to be! Therefore, my confusion lends an air of suspicion over my total charges. Fault of Hire-a-Helper? Fault of Bell Boys? I remain confused over billing, therefore more unhappy with the cost of labor than I expected.

Great job! Showed up with two extra guys and got everything moved in an hour. I took off a star because they didn’t reassemble furniture (or offer too) even though they had an hour to spare.

I cannot say enough good things about these two guys that moved all my things!!! Not only were they polite to me, even very courteous to one another! Not one word of complaint passed their lips!

They were late arriving. But I can overlook that because they certainly made up for it!
