Bell Boys moving did an exceptional job unloading our goods from an ABF trailer (U-Pack) after our move cross-country from Washington State to Maine. From my initial phone call with them to the moment they completed the job, they were wonderful to work with. They arrived on the dot within the time window allocated, put on their safety straps and got to work immediately. They worked hard and efficiently and waited patiently for us to decipher the labeling on each box in order to know where to place the items. Within a very short time they seemed to have memorized where items were meant to go and delivered the boxes accurately and independently without further direction. They worked very hard, especially when guiding a freezer and a refrigerator through extremely narrow doors. Beryl Bell, the man in charge of Bell Boys, was very kind and informative while directing his crew how to work with certain challenges.
A couple of great things that amazed and delighted us were their courtesy in responding politely every time we thanked them after directing the boxes. They were all (4) in good cheer and worked extremely well together. The second thing that was exceptional in their work was the care they took in notifying us of any boxes or items damaged in transit and of what may have caused the damage during the trailer ride.
We were impressed with their diligence and their respect for our belongings. They worked fast to complete the unloading within the allocated time frame and offered to sweep a large pile of kitty litter from a broken bag to use up any time remaining and to spare us the work.
I highly recommend Bell Boys Moving to anyone who is looking for a job well done by people who are of good cheer and who work hard to have the experience be pleasant and relaxing for those who have contracted with them.

I was extremely dissapointed with Bell Boys Moving. I booked their services through Hireahelper and followed the instructions including calling the week of the move and even checking in on the morning of the move. The person I spoke with was never part of the moving team and I think even in a different state. Long story short, they did not show for the move and were not able to confirm they were not going to be there until after the scheduled time.
In the future, I will not plan to use HireAHelper and contact the moving assistance on my own.

They were kind and good at their work, could have used a more clear confirmation system (I had to call them to confirm) but that didn’t change their moving service quality. They arrived on time and ready! Finished the job quickly and efficiently and were in good spirits the whole time. Professional and courteous, would use them again if needed! I definitely recommend them.

Outstanding work, they were running behind but called in advance to let us know and even had a third guy free of charge to make sure we were all set. Can’t reccomend enough using them again tomorrow to unload at our new home.

Arrived several minutes before scheduled start time, were very kind, worked fast and focused, and were great with our pets and kids! Certainly recommend; we will be using them again to unpack everything in a month!

The workers arrived close to on time and quickly got busy loading the POD with our belongings. I am not convinced that they were trained in how to load belongings in the most efficient and safe manner. They ended up placing a rocker/recliner on top of the pile of belongings, and a large bin containing many of the kitchen items on its end and crushed a box containing lamps and pictures. They were friendly and worked hard but added training as to how to load belongings is needed.
