We had a storage unit full of furniture and boxes that needed to be loaded into truck, then unloaded at our house along with a pod that needed to be unpacked. They did it all seamlessly. Beryl and Eric did an amazing job loading the u-haul for us to take to Massachusetts from New Hampshire. They took great care in wrapping our furniture with blankets and plastic wrap. It was a great experience and we would use gem again in a heartbeat.
