The guys were great once they arrived. Very thoughtful and careful with our possessions and completely professional.
Minor gripe was that it was more challenging then it should have been to confirm they were coming. I didn’t initially hear from them and had to call HireAHelper to confirm post initial booking.

Actual movers worked very hard. More communication from the boss would have been helpful. I called many times to confirm the date and he never called back. He called the night before to change the time from 8 am to 7 am, which made me rush. I reserved 3 hours, not knowing, and it only took two hours, but naturally I was still charged for three, even though the movers had to go straight to another job.
