Used the movers to take a pinball machine to basement. They knew what they were doing and did the work very well. They were careful and there was absolutely no damage to anything. It took less than half an hour.

Eric and Joe were courteous and polite. We watched them at first, but as time went on we focused on cleaning the home we were moving out of. We hired movers at our new home to unload the truck and they immediately commented on how poorly the truck was packed. Using the word "packed" is probably not appropriate, i should say "thrown in". We saw a few dings and scratches until they look the first wooden dresser off the truck. The dresser is completely beaten up to the point where we will probably have to get a new one. The bed frame is in the same condition as the dresser. The movers failed to wrap or secure anything. Smaller items were all over the floor of the truck, several items are shattered and lots of these things have emotional value, not just monetary. We had provided them with blankets and padding for wrapping/protection purposes and found many were unused and carelessly tossed into the truck. Please, do NOT make the mistake we made. DO NOT use this moving company.
