These guys were hard workers. I originally paid for two guys for two hours. I told your customer support that I may need them for up to 4 hours. Three guys showed up and they were hell bent on finishing in two hours. I told them that I did not mind paying for overtime. I asked to get my bed put back together and my recliners put back together. They did it but with a "we gotta go" mentality. When we got into bed that night, the bed fell to the floor. They had put it together wrong. With three hours of work on my part, I managed to fix what they had done wrong. We subsequently sat in the recliners and they were put together wrong. I corrected the poor installation. The guys were great. If they were not so much in a hurry, they would have been perfect.....unfortunate.
