Horrible experience, I have moved many times and have never had such a terrible experience. Items broken, quit 40 minutes early on the first day, packed cubes so items would shift and break, packed table legs without the top, added outdoor items that were meant to stay and left a room full of items oit. Had to hire another moving company to rearrange and repack, thank goodness hey we’re fantastic.

I would not use this company again and I would not recommend them.
They did not take proper care of the unloading of our furniture. I watched some of our stuff fall out of the moving truck to the ground. I watched a piece of our sectional sofa get shoved through an opening then get stuck and then pulled back out only to be put on the dirty sidewalk and spun around on the fabric side.
All boxes were clearly labeled which room they should be put in, but they put the boxes wherever they pleased. Also boxes that were clearly marked "Fragile" were not handled with care and over stacked.

One word - AMAZING! The crew that came to help us move were nothing short of amazing! They were so efficient when loading up our entire home (already packed up and prepped) into the moving truck to be be driven across country. Everything stayed in place as packed. Their problem solving and friendliness were top notch! They came with all the equipment needed to load the truck. These guys were awesome, and we recommend them!
