What can a customer expect after booking with you?

We are up front about pricing and everything involved with a customers move. Our software system keeps customers updated throughout the whole process of their move from the estimate all the way until the job is done.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

Every move our leads send the customer a text and call them when they are on the way to their house. Communication is key is this type of business. Then our lead will do a pre-move walk through of their house to go over all of their belongings that are being moved. We handle everyone's belongings like they are our own.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

The customer should have all of their smaller items packed in boxes and securely taped unless we are the ones hired to pack for them. They should also try to keep all walk ways clear throughout their house before the move so the crew can work as quickly as possible. All pets should be confined to a single room, outside, or moved to a different location for the day.

What types of moves have you handled?

We move customers all along the front range in Colorado, including into the mountains and the plains. Everything from a studio apartment to a giant multi bedroom home. We have also done small business moves/relocations. As well as specialty moves like pianos, gun safes, art work, you name it.

All of our crew leads have been in the moving industry for 8-10 years plus. Every new crew member we bring on is placed into a larger crew for their first day to make sure the move is taken care of and they are trained with the best quality from our leads. If a new member does not meet up to our standards we cut them and move on. We are all about bringing the best quality of service to our customers.
