The team showwd up on time, were very courteous and knew what they were doing. Assessed the job and performed in a vey efficient way. Excellent job and would definitely hire them again.

These guys showed up on time and got done early. They made an initial walk thru our house and pre-warned us that we may have more stuff than would fit in our two 17’ pods. That allowed us to make a call to pods quickly and schedule an additional pod for next day delivery. While we had to load the final pod our helper team made sure to get all of our priority and heavy stuff well packed in the first two pods, and organized the remaining stuff in our garage making the self load pod easy for us. Well done!

Despite many challenges (out of our control) with loading my pod, I had a great and positive experience with AJ Moving Company. They showed up at a reasonable time. Despite unexpected conditions where the pod was parked 100 ft away because of my condominium parking availability, they kept a positive attitude, they carried on, walked the distance, packed some stuff professionally and managed to fit all the large stuff in the pod. I only wish the manager had been able to accommodate my request for a third person to address my situation. Instead it took longer and I had to pay as much. I do understand that his crew was fully booked and he wanted to rely on his good people. I will check therr invoice and will provide a fuller review but in terms of the crew Gilmar and Dante were professional and great.

I can’t believe how efficient, courteous, professional, and careful these guys were. They were able to get 4 bedrooms worth of furniture into a “pack yourself” storage unit. They absolutely exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend hireahelper.com!!

Prompt, focused, quick, no bangs or accidents, courteous, furniture wrapped well, stacked efficiently and tied in Pod well. They knew their job and did not waste any time in getting it done. We hired 3 movers for 2 hours to move 20 pieces of our heaviest furniture (including a piano). They worked to complete the task in 2 hours and finished right on time. They're on my "call again" list.

Follow up call and going thru the basics to expect from us when performing there move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Phone call from the crew enroute with ETA.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Remove all valuables (money, jewelries, etc.) and medicine or medication. Label boxes for which room it is going to which will make everything a breeze in unloading.
What types of moves have you handled?
All of them. Local, long distance, office relocations, corporate relocations, military moves, special equipment/ special item moving (piano, pool tables, safes, antiques, memorable items)
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Each job is different. There’s never an identical house with the same items.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Teaching them on the most overlooked and common mistakes. How to cover delicate items, how to properly wrap each item. We have made several videos of wrapping items such as sofas, TV’s, bed sets, etc. and offer those videos for training.
