Excellent guys! On time, prepared, efficient. Did a great job packing the POD, got everything in. Highly recommend!

Their arrival window was 12-1 pm. They showed up at 12:45 pm, so they were within the arrival window. I mentioned to them when they arrived that it was 12:45 pm and they still wrote on the ticket that they arrived at 12:30 pm. The job ended up not going over the two hours anyway, so that was good. They worked very slow. If one was tying up furniture in the truck, the other was standing there talking to him. Their packing ability was ok but was not professional. They did not wear covers on their shoes or ask if it was ok. They were nice, but unfortunately, I would not use them again. Back in August I hired a different company to pack and move my furniture to this house (not just into a pod). They were very quick, efficient, and they really knew how to wrap things up properly and professionally. I mention this just to show I had another recent experience to compare.

They crew arrived within their ETA, but they left before the window I paid for was up. My husband and I had to finish loading the storage unit. I also don’t understand how they loaded it. We’ve moved many times and never once has a moving truck or storage unit been packed this way. I’m disappointed in the service for the $400 I paid.

Both James and Donte were very courteous and professional. They were both very efficient and worked well as a team together. They took great care to make sure my furniture items were rapped correctly so they did not get damaged. And although I was anxious they were very calm and professionals the whole time.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Phone call from the crew enroute with ETA.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Remove all valuables (money, jewelries, etc.) and medicine or medication. Label boxes for which room it is going to which will make everything a breeze in unloading.
What types of moves have you handled?
All of them. Local, long distance, office relocations, corporate relocations, military moves, special equipment/ special item moving (piano, pool tables, safes, antiques, memorable items)
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Each job is different. There’s never an identical house with the same items.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Teaching them on the most overlooked and common mistakes. How to cover delicate items, how to properly wrap each item. We have made several videos of wrapping items such as sofas, TV’s, bed sets, etc. and offer those videos for training.
