They worked hard and took great ca re of all my belongings. I would highly recommend them.

They were polite and did a good job unloading our two 16-foot pods in 4.5 hours. They were careful not to damage our home or any items being moved. The only reason I gave them 4 starts instead of 5 was because the one mover was much more experienced than the other. We were expecting two experienced movers. The younger guy was barely strong enough to help the other guy lift our washer and dryer up to the second floor laundry room. And they arrived 30 min later than expected.

James and George were early (not a problem), surveyed what to do, and went to it loading a POD. They worked very hard and very efficiently and they really knew how to load a POD. They were a lifesaver since I couldn't do the heavy lifting they did. They were very careful with all my goods and did everything I needed done, and fast. I'm using PODS again in 3 months and will ask for them by name.

The 3 helpers showed up on time. They were courteous and friendly. Worked non stop from start to finish. Were adaptable to where I wanted my furniture to go at the new place. Can't recall their names but very friendly guys. It also helped that I speak Spanish which eased our interaction. Will definitely recommend AJ Movers!

This crew was great. They showed up on time, were courteous, and they knew how to pack. We had ordered two PODS but they got everything in one POD. I picked these guys because their ratings were so good. They did not disappoint me at all.

The movers were great, but they were 2 hours late, Since I was using pods, this created a problem with scheduling. I plan on using them again in January to unload my pods, so hopefully they'll be on time.

Follow up call and going thru the basics to expect from us when performing there move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Phone call from the crew enroute with ETA.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Remove all valuables (money, jewelries, etc.) and medicine or medication. Label boxes for which room it is going to which will make everything a breeze in unloading.
What types of moves have you handled?
All of them. Local, long distance, office relocations, corporate relocations, military moves, special equipment/ special item moving (piano, pool tables, safes, antiques, memorable items)
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Each job is different. There’s never an identical house with the same items.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Teaching them on the most overlooked and common mistakes. How to cover delicate items, how to properly wrap each item. We have made several videos of wrapping items such as sofas, TV’s, bed sets, etc. and offer those videos for training.
