Guys were on time and did a solid job unloading 2 containers. They were considerate in where I wanted things placed, as we were also navigating some contractors. They pointed out damaged items (by the loading crew) and helped me identify all the damage that was immediately visible.
They completed in 3.5/4.00 hours working at a moderate pace.

Jordan’s team was extraordinarily helpful. They were on time, worked super hard, and expertly fit our two bedroom apartment into a 16 foot POD. They were very careful with our belongings and protected all furniture prior to loading. They had to get everything down two flights of stairs and across a parking lot, but they got everything done in 3 hours. I was very impressed with their service and I am so glad that we hired them to assist with our move.

They were very thorough taking everything out of the home, including dismantling the refrigerator. Everything arrived in good shape except for one glass wall cabinet, which had a broken side wall, which could’ve happened during transit they unloaded everything exactly where we asked them. I guess their job is not to put the refrigerator back in working order. I would definitely hire them again.

I was driving van and they followed to extra stop to pick up all furniture and we did it all in the 2 hour window. Great job!!

They did a decent job and worked hard for the time we booked them, however they charged me for an extra hour we did not receive. That amounts to a 41% tip, which is outrageous, even for the best service.
