They got stuck in traffic but were very good about keeping updated with their progress to my apartment (was moving out of downtown Boston), and they made sure to get the job done promptly once they arrived. They made sure that they packed the truck really well so my furniture wouldn't get damaged on the drive. I would definitely recommend them!
