They told me they would bring supplies like wrap and pads. They did not bring those items. They were hired for two hours and left after only one hour. I called hire a helper and they told me there was nothing they could do. So I paid for a service that I didn’t receive. They were not good at utilizing the space in the truck, we had to go in ourselves and rearrange everything. Very dissatisfied with this company. A supervisor was supposed to reach out to me and never did.

Late to arrive, hurried through the loading process. My load shifted during my first few miles on the road. Everything fell down and toward the back of the truck, Just luck that nothing was broken.

Super helpful and friendly, would highly recommend to anyone. I was starting a renovation and needed help loading all my furniture into a storage container. They looked at all the items and quickly went to work, putting everything together like Jenga in the container. On time, knew exactly what they were doing and would absolutely use them again.

Wesley was amazing. He kept me abreast of all issues since we were moving the day "Dorian" was projected to hit our area that day. Jabez & Paris were respectful, courteous, prompt and worked the entire 3 hours. As a widow & home alone, I was anxious about strangers in my home, but I was quickly at ease due to their professionalism.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
If you are Packing on your own. Prepare all your belongings with the proper packaging materials. If hiring a mover focus on packing your boxes and labeling them correctly. Try not to over pack so things can be moved swiftly and prevent box spills. Be sure to check all dressers or drawers are empty and contents are stored and prepared appropriately.
