Very inexperienced movers who did not know how to properly handle stuff which added to delays and caused damage. One why was trying his best and working hard, but just did not know how to move stuff properly to avoid damage. The other guy was incredibly lazy, on his phone majority of the time and only lifting up the light stuff, leaving the other guy trying to manage the heavy stuff. Rates were very high for 2 people who were clearly so inexperienced and came with zero equipment. Professionally movers would have been able to do this move easily in an hour. Care was not taken with the boxes, and a fragile one was dropped from very high, it was labeled fragile and I had told them it was. They were also rushing but did not place the box properly on the dolly leading to the damage, as with many of the boxes

The guys did a great job!! Had a limited amount of space due to construction and they were able to fit everything in the limited amount of space I had.

We arrive 10 - 15 minutes early, call/text you, meet up and proceed with out extraordinary service
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please have all items to be moved in a place where we can see them. If there are any exceptions, let us know
