Nice workers but this is an aggregator company - the 2 men showed up individually and did not know each other or were given any info about the moving details. One man told me he just picks up gigs this way so there is really no guarantee you'll get qualified work. One man came with a dolly and the other was empty handed because he said his boss didn't tell him anything - although you'd think one would have a few basic moving tools like a dolly or blankets. The workers were pretty careful with my items and even attempted to fix a loose bracket on a buffet - but there were a few deep scratches in the floor after. My fault for not putting down paper or anything to protect the floors. They were moving very quickly and finished everything within the quoted time.

This is hands down the best moving company I’ve ever worked with! The team was friendly, careful, efficient, and thorough. I called last minute on a very hot Saturday afternoon when I realized I needed help to meet my deadline. The scheduler was quick to connect me with someone after asking great questions to determine my needs. The crew was set to arrive between 7pm-8pm and they were on site before 7 ready to go. They took care of everything. I’ve always helped movers in the past, this team said “sit back, we got this for you”. It was AMAZING! The crew finished the job within the scheduled time with nothing left for me to do but enjoy the move being done. I am so thankful I found this team and will be using them for any and all moves in the future.

They damaged many items. They also took 4 hours to load a 26’ truck and 4 hours to unload (with 4 guys). $3,000 later I have a house full of damaged furniture.

We arrive 10 - 15 minutes early, call/text you, meet up and proceed with out extraordinary service
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please have all items to be moved in a place where we can see them. If there are any exceptions, let us know
