We hired them for packing services. One of the workers was late and very slow. I assumed he would stay 15 minutes later but he didn't. The other guys were fine, but they work so slowly that I felt like it would have been more cost effective for me to just do everything myself.

The replacement crew left some the furniture in the garage as they advise dresser was to heavy, and the china cabinet had a glass front and did not want to responsible for any damage. Is there a solution which you can give to get the other items move into the townhouse or do I need to hire a company to finish the job. Please advise.

The worse moving company I've ever hired. Several pieces of my furniture were scratched. One of the movers was late 30 mins. Then the movers left to Home Depot to look for screws they had misplaced. I asked them to finish the job and then head to Home Depot, but they would not listen. They had removed my front door to move the fridge which they left in the middle of my dining room area. They did not assemble the bed and left the furniture in the living room in the middle of the room, not were it belong. They never came back even though I called their manager who assured me they will come back. They then decided to come back the next day, after I contacted the POD people. My call was escalated and then I got a call from the movers stating that they will be back the next day at 7AM. The next day at 7:15 AM only one mover showed up. He then found the screws which were attached to the bed frame in a zip lock bag!! Had they listen to me and stay to finish the job, they would have found they screws and completed the job and spare my husband and I from the horrible day!!!

I needed a very heavy stove moved up three flights of stairs, found hire a helper on google, called and spoke with Moses. Let him know the situation, and he said there was a 2 man 2 hour minimum at $210. He let me know they would be there the whole two hours if needed doing whatever we needed done. The workers showed up a few minutes early, after being told what needed to be done, they got right to work. Wasn't an especially easy move, but they handled it like the pros they are. They moved the old stove down three flights, and put it where we asked them to. They repeatedly asked what more they could do for us, emphasizing that we had them for two hours, and would help with whatever we needed. Great guys, highly recommend this company for any moving needs

Both crews arrived ahead of time and were helpful all the way through. At no time did I feel they were not what was promised. I would be happy to use the company or either crew again.

Not only was the service bad at the point my pods were being packed but three days ago when the pods arrived, and they were going to be unpacked, they were so poorly stuffed that I had extremely damaged bedframe to my master bedroom, a busted 55 inch big screen TV a broken lamp and other smaller items. I will never use your service again, and I will tell anybody I know not to use you. But at this point, I’d like to know how I get reimbursed for all the damage?

We arrive 10 - 15 minutes early, call/text you, meet up and proceed with out extraordinary service
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please have all items to be moved in a place where we can see them. If there are any exceptions, let us know
