Not only was the service bad at the point my pods were being packed but three days ago when the pods arrived, and they were going to be unpacked, they were so poorly stuffed that I had extremely damaged bedframe to my master bedroom, a busted 55 inch big screen TV a broken lamp and other smaller items. I will never use your service again, and I will tell anybody I know not to use you. But at this point, Iād like to know how I get reimbursed for all the damage?

We arrive 10 - 15 minutes early, call/text you, meet up and proceed with out extraordinary service
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please have all items to be moved in a place where we can see them. If there are any exceptions, let us know
