Pretty good job. Started off fast but slowed down after an hour, the heat really got to them. Needed an extra hour but they eventually got everything done.

I hired 2 guys to help unload a large trailer at a storage facility in town. Both T.J. and James were friendly, arrived on time and most importantly did a great job with the unloading. They were careful with our things and I would definitely hire them again in the future.

I liked the two gentlemen who came to help, but I should’ve checked their work while they were loading or at least before they left. I rented a 16 foot container which I was told was big enough for a 3 to 4 bedroom house. I thought I’d have plenty of extra space considering that I didn’t even have two full bedrooms worth of furniture and I donated my couch, chair, ottoman, and most of my bulky kitchen items, so that wasn’t in there taking up space, either. I was thinking I’d have plenty of space left for tote bags and containers, that would be easily manageable for me to load on my own after First Class left. Imagine my surprise when I opened my pod and there was absolutely no free space. Well there was, but they left it at the VERY BACK of the pod so I have to climb over all of my furniture, which is extremely unsafe for both me and my belongings. It’s obvious that these two gentlemen have never played the game Tetris even once! I regret how much I paid and especially how much I tipped for what I thought was good and friendly service. I even let the gentlemen take some of my belongings as an additional “tip.” They didn’t use the moving pads or ratchet straps that I was told were required, either. They took the lazy way out, and now filling in the pod with the rest of my boxes is proving impossible in the time frame I have left. I’m going to have to spend a fortune to either have things shipped or rearrange the entire pod, which I do not have time to do before it’s scheduled pick up. To offset these cost, I would like a full refund. The gentleman also put some of the biggest and bulkiest furniture in the very front so I can’t even get past it to get to the free space without an immense amount of sweat effort. I am just one person, and I cannot move mattresses and boxsprings without help. I cannot believe that they did not put those in the very back to conserve space but like I said, they took the lazy way out, and I doubt my belongings will make it to Texas without severe damage.
