Guys showed up early which was good, gave me more time to return the truck. They did damage (accidentally obvs) a crappy IKEA dresser that I hated, so thanks for making the decision to smash it up and burn it easier.

Loading went well the crew worked efficiently, the billing dept. Overcharged me $200 for an additional hour! I paid for three hours, the crew finished in two hours. It is dishonest to charge us for another hour! Would not recommend Smart Moves to anyone.
