They completed what I thought was a 3-4 hour job in 2.5 hours, and nothing was broken or scratched. I'm addition, they were pleasant to work with.

The service was later than originally stated (0830) and slightly exceeded the service window by one minute (0901). When scheduling the unloading, I indicated assembly of items. When reminded, the service provider didn't appear to be enthusiastic about performing the task. They started with 45 minutes left in the two hour block and didn't finish assembling the bed. At 2 hours, I told them to stop and I'd finish it. Have to say, we didn't have the original instructions, but they didn't have great mechanical aptitude. Hire a Helper should not offer the service unless providers are willing and able.

Move It Like It's Mine was absolutely amazing!!! I have never hired anyone to move my things before so I was very nervous. They were on time, they were respectful, they were efficient and I was very impressed with how well they packed everything into the Pod. I honestly did not expect it to fit. I would 10/10 use this company again.

I would give 5 stars but a $48 protection fee was added without me asking for it. It was a safe moved 1flight of stairs that took less than 30 mins. I blame myself because I didn’t read the invoice before the work was done.

We booked 2 movers for 2 hours 8-9am. When we spoke with them beforehand the time slot was already booked and they didn’t arrive until 11am. The guys were friendly but pretty slow throughout. They were often looking at their phones or on a call, and they stopped for what I assume was a smoke break half way through of just a 2hr service. There was a sizable dent left in the metal front door along with a couple scrapes from bringing the couch in. They did an okay job but there was zero hustle in these guys, all while assuring me they would be done early. They did not finish early and I had a small amount left to get myself after working circles around them for 2hrs. I had no other issues besides when bringing the couch in but would not use them again.
