The first time I engaged HireAHelper was five stars. This time they sent us different folks. One of the two was great. The other appeared untrained in the mechanics with moving items with an understand. Lack of any training and lack of focus apparent.
He broke a custom made coffee table into pieces. Then he broke a 6 drawer dresser dropping it on its top and breaking the top into pieces and racking cabinet. Terrible outcome on a dry sunny day that caused thousands of dollars just by negligence and no apparent training or motivation to care and quality. They were hired to unload a professionally packed truck.

I have used movers three times through hireahelper. The first two times, I hired someone else, and they were fantastic. Unfortunately, Wicked smooth movers was not available for this move, and I used these guys. Total mistake. They took an hour longer on a MUCH easier job than the prior movers ( Prior movers moved my furniture in from a third-story building to a storage unit. All these guys had to do was literally unload Furniture only from a storage unit on the truck and load it into an apartment with an
elevator, and there was Less Furniture to move than before)
I didn't keep an eye on them the entire time, but what I did witness, was them dropping my furniture, to the point where I have many scratches and Nicks on furniture that was brand new prior to the move (my bed) and they dropped and broke the drawers to the footboard of my bed. I unfortunately did not notice the damage to my drawers until the next day.

This is the second move Full House Family Mover did for us. Each move was actually thrilling as we watched the guys run up and down the stairs with our furniture and possessions. Ours was one of three moves they did that hot day and yet they kept a good attitude. They showed up on time/early and there were no bumps or bruises to furniture or walls. All you could ask for. Excellent help!!!

I moved from a first floor condo in Manchester, NH to a 2nd floor apt in Concord, NH. The communication from the main office was great. They can expect honest, quality service. I will answer any and all questions at almost any time of day or night.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will call you the day of the move and keep in contact with you through out the day. We will swiftly and carefully move all your belongings. We will be polite, respectful, and honest.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
You should have everything already boxed. Unless you need help with disassembly, everything should be disassembled with all the matching pieces secured with the item. You should pick up your moving truck prior to your scheduled start time with us.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done small and large houses in MA, RI, NH and ME We have moved offices, hospital equipment, and carried, set up and broke down equipment for several production companies including the Boston Red Sox.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
