The crew showed up and immediately got to work unloading our 26’ U-Haul. Everything had to be carried up to our 2nd and 3rd floor apartment. I only had them booked for 3 hours, so at first, I was only planning on having them focus on the heaviest items like our appliances, office desk, etc. I assumed those items alone would take up most of the time and I would be left with unloading the remaining boxes myself. About 2.5 hours later, the crew had our entire truck unloaded and all items carried up stairs. After relocating 1100 miles, having their help was a huge relief. I would use their services again without hesitation.

I would say that the team who did the work are miracle workers! They are congenial and polite, concerned about the importance to the things and excellent listeners. They are well organized, clearly professional and knowledgeable about their craft and above average at the Tetris mindset for packing up a truck.

You should have everything already boxed. Unless you need help with disassembly, everything should be disassembled with all the matching pieces secured with the item. You should pick up your moving truck prior to your scheduled start time with us.

We have done small and large houses in MA, RI, NH and ME We have moved offices, hospital equipment, and carried, set up and broke down equipment for several production companies including the Boston Red Sox.
