Super Friendly and speedy! Great guys, very respectful and actually pointed out how poorly the other moving company did packing my pod, there was damage to furniture based on how they packed it. Good communication with set up before arrival.

The New England CO was called @ last minute when Movers I had been working with on an cross country move, crapped out at the destination end. Worse seemed to disappear after parking the trucks???
They were wonderful, calm, smiling and reassuring as they worked hard to keep within the hours contracted and finish the job to get me in on my own, in a brand new state alone.
They were kind, treated me with great respect and the best introduction to the People of New England.

We've gotten help from FHFM three times now, and they've always been great. We'll hire them again next time we move.
This time, they sent three people even though we only paid for two, since they wanted to finish quickly to get to another job. And finish quickly they did -- I think it took them 45 minutes to move all of our stuff into the apartment, and everything was in perfect shape afterwards.

Eric and Connor were lifesavers for my move! I had a lot of furniture and boxes in a third floor apartment. I had a tight schedule, so I was very nervous about getting everything done. They arrived right on time, took a quick look around and asked a few questions to make a plan, then immediately got to work. They finished everything in the time I had hired them for, even after I told them at the start I would happily pay for more time if the job took longer. They never complained about the tricky stairs they had to deal with. Packed the truck carefully and tight for my long drive. Courteous and professional through the whole process - great guys. I happily recommend them to anyone!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
They can expect honest, quality service. I will answer any and all questions at almost any time of day or night.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will call you the day of the move and keep in contact with you through out the day. We will swiftly and carefully move all your belongings. We will be polite, respectful, and honest.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
You should have everything already boxed. Unless you need help with disassembly, everything should be disassembled with all the matching pieces secured with the item. You should pick up your moving truck prior to your scheduled start time with us.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done small and large houses in MA, RI, NH and ME We have moved offices, hospital equipment, and carried, set up and broke down equipment for several production companies including the Boston Red Sox.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I enjoy working with the public and making the hard task of moving easier.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our crew members watch training videos, spend time with each of our crew members and get on the job training.
