These guys were awesome!!! PODS messed up my delivery and delivered the container almost 8 hrs late. These guys were super flexible, stayed in touch with me all day and moved my stuff in at 6PM (through they were scheduled for 10AM) in pouring rain. They were fast efficient and very courteous. Definitely recommend them!!

They got here at 12:42pm and ended at 2:40pm. Why am I being charged an extra 60.00 for 2 addtl hours and for the furniture dolly they never used? Debbie

They were on time and super accommodating when we asked to push our start time back. Thomas and Gregory got our stuff up two flights of stairs lightening fast. I wish they were a little more careful, but nothing was genuinely damaged.

Full House Family Moving did a wonderful job for my move. They were very friendly, patient, polite and fast. We hired them for 2 h and they could able to finish all the job in 1.5 h. No damage to any of the furniture or other items. I would recommend them.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
You should have everything already boxed. Unless you need help with disassembly, everything should be disassembled with all the matching pieces secured with the item. You should pick up your moving truck prior to your scheduled start time with us.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done small and large houses in MA, RI, NH and ME We have moved offices, hospital equipment, and carried, set up and broke down equipment for several production companies including the Boston Red Sox.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
