They did not fully turn off the cold water for the washer, so it leaked during the two weeks I was working with the move - damaging the drywall and flooring of my laundry space, which will require repair, which will delay me putting my house on the market. Am unable to get in touch with Chap's directly but have put a call in to Hire a Helper's damage department to see what can be done. Did a poor/slow job in general; took a long time taking things out and then rearranging several times; took them almost 20 minutes to move a one piece washer/dryer outside. Did not follow instructions on rooms/items to be completely cleared and made no attempts to move some items. I've worked with HAH other times and in other places with success, but this was beyond disappointing.

Jonathan & Pablo were on time, worked hard and fast, and was respectful of our belongings and property. They were also friendly and courteous. We had time leftover so they helped to unpack and assemble some of the furniture.
