If you had asked me on the morning of my move what my rating would have been I would've said 1, however, the guys more than made up for their folly. Without going into great detail let me just say that I had to be out of my apartment by 12 pm but because of transportation issues the movers didn't show up until 11:45. I kid you not, they had me out of that apartment by 12:05 pm. I rented a truck that was unfortunately too small, but they stayed and worked to try and fit everything, even completely taking my bed frame apart. They also unloaded me the next day and put the bed back together. Nice work guys!

I would give Jeff and Patrick more stars if they were available. They were terrific, very friendly, efficient and polite. They were careful with the furniture. I highly recommend them. It's hard to find movers servicing Platteville, WI - we booked this only two days before moving, but things still went smoothly. Definitely would use them again - wish I would have used them for more, as I moved some things myself.

They could have worked a little harder to get the job done. Ended up giving them an extra 2 hrs. And they still didn't get half my stuff on the truck. Had to get more help the following day and had to unpack some of stuff to get to big empty hole in the middle of truck so I could fit every thing on. The help I got from a friend and his teenage son and they had more done in 2 hrs than the people I paid did in 4 hrs. Seemed like they were procrastinating to get more money. Would not hire again.

These guys were excellent!! Patrick and Jeff were fast, efficient, considerate, and took such care of my belongings and furniture. They said they liked to treat everything they move like it was their own and it certainly showed. They wrapped and padded and taped and were so careful with everything. They did a much better job than the large, national, full service (nameless but starts with A) van lines did when I moved in. They were punctual, prepared, and mindful of my time. I would certainly use them again and recommend everyone else to do the same. Thanks, Freight Angels!
