They seemed very new and kept referring to how they had never done this before. They were kind of rough on walls and stairs. It would have been helpful to have AJ and a semi experienced guy and one of he newer guys so somebody was providing guidance.

We used freight angels to load our POD for a move & they were awesome. Prompt, efficient, curtious & helpful. There was a small hole that was put in the wall (which is to be expected we had lots of stairs and tight corners) and they repaired the hole & you couldn't even tell it was there. I was very pleased with the work they did & plan on using them to unload our PODs.

Damaged furniture and not self-motivated. Had to push them to work. After submitting a damage claim, Freight Angels did reimburse for damage.

We appreciated the care they took with our furniture. After they finished, I drove the truck from Madison, WI to the Annapolis, MD area. The items were placed in the truck in such a way that I noticed no shifting or swaying, and the furniture arrived with no damage. Good Job!!
