They did work hard. They were not respectful of all the property. There were several marks on the exterior door that can not be removed. There were three deep scratches on a floor that was installed a year ago. I did take pictures of these areas. I will not use this particular group (the 20th)again. They were done with loading job an hour early and charged me for the full 5 hours. The next day (the 21st) a 2nd different group of three (evidently representing the 1st group) showed up and were very good at their job, very respectful and pleasant. This group worked hard, but took 1 hour longer than I had scheduled, (they did stop for a bite 1/2 hour), and the leader from 20th group told them they had to charge me for the extra hour. So I paid 10 hrs of work for only 9 hours used with damages.
