I was late getting the truck by thirty minutes and the owner worked with me in the hour time frame by coming later within the hour.
As these things often go I didn’t have everything as perfect and ready. I was under so much stress. I had some furniture that still needed stretch wrapped. It felt awful.
Dwayne and Eli were not concerned. They were calm and helped me and they worked quickly. We got everything done and loaded with time to spare. They were the nicest kindest Movers I’ve every met. They took my panic that day and turned it to joy. Definitely got my monies worth and would highly recommend them as professional and able to be calm in difficult situations.

Fred & Norman we’re on time and ready to begin, they never stopped till apartment was empty, but I was unaware that no tv could be moved, so at 70 I moved it myself. They put the furniture in the correct area, was very pleased, would ask for Fred & Norman again if needed. Very professional too

Fast and reliable movers! Fred was very flexible when I asked if he could arrive earlier. they quickly loaded up the container and made sure everything fit securely. Made moving day painless and stress free!

Fredrick and his team were 3 hours late and didn't contact me to inform me of their late arrival. Fredrick claimed to have had another job prior to mine, being stuck in traffic and had no reception on his phone. That was not acceptable. Otherwise, the actual unloading service was fine.
