They arrived on time, one worker did all the talking and he seemed annoyed that I had to direct him as to what items went in my storage bin first then last, he basically ignored what I had told him and gave me the sense I was in his way and couldn't be bothered with me giving him direction. In the end they did a bad job of getting everything to fit in a 10x15 storage unit which was more than enough room , he broke my rocking chair and als ripped the fabric off the back of my recliner as well as tore a hole in it. I had to return the next day and reorganize the whole front space so I could fit more items in which is what I told him was needed from the beginning.

This is in follow-up to our last review/conversation. The Pod has now been emptied and there is no sign of the air compressor. The empty box was found but the compressor is nowhere to be seen! I certainly don't want to accuse, but I need some kind of a response regarding this.
We have history of 5 star reviews and just surprised that this accusation of “theft” happened 4 months later. We are checking with customer to gather more details.

We had several stories so I understand it was more difficult than a lot of moves but they had no dollies or anything. They were really friendly and professional but extremely slow and I ended up having to move half the stuff myself.

Despite being a tiiiiny bit late, and no one being reachable-
Stephen and Joe were AWESOME. We ended up finishing the load up earlier than expected and they agreed to help the unload. They were quick, professional and so so helpful. I am disabled and could not do this move myself and cannot thank them enough.

Joe and Steve were friendly, respectful guys who worked well together as a team. They were professional and wanted to make sure they did everything just the way we liked it. If there were any issues they were quick to point them out and told us we could contact management for compensation. The guys worked under intense heat which then suddenly turned into rain, and they kept working through it all. When they finished early, they stayed to move furniture around and set up any room we wanted.
Also, because are moving pods could not be placed directly next to our home. They shuttled our items from our moving pods to our house in their own truck. I would definitely use Classic American Movers again.
