I wanted to follow up regarding the review you left for us. I’m a little concerned by some of the feedback, as I’d like to clarify a few things from our end.

First, we assembled the bed in the master bedroom. The only item left was the machine, which your wife had informed me you would be connecting. The headboard was missing screws, and your wife noted that it was simply pushed against the bed frame as a temporary measure.

The second bed frame in the guest bedroom was also missing four screws. I had asked your wife if those might have been placed in a bag or set aside somewhere, but we were unable to locate them during the move.

Regarding the unwrapping and assembly, I had started unwrapping some items, but your wife asked that we focus on getting everything moved in first. If we had known you wanted all items fully unwrapped and assembled upon delivery, we absolutely would have made that a priority.

We were able to provide a third crew member, even while running two teams simultaneously that day. While your original request was for 2 movers, we adjusted as best we could based on availability. The biggest challenge was coordinating elevator access, as there were multiple unit showings, construction activity, cleaning woman vacuuming the hall, and another move happening at the same time. Despite that, we worked cooperatively with the others involved and maximized each trip by fully loading the elevator.

Given those constraints, we believe adding just 1.5 extra hours with three movers was still a more efficient outcome than extending the job by 3–4 hours with only two
