Both of the movers we had were absolutely amazing!! They emptied a pack full 15’ U-Haul truck in just over 2 hours. They were personable, gentle with all of our items & asked where things should go if it wasn’t labeled for whatever reason. 100% would recommend.

Starting with the scheduling phase, the owner was difficult to work with and had a real attitude about him. On the day of, the 2 crew members who showed up were slow and chatty, and informed me after an hour that they needed to leave for another job and probably wouldn’t finish—which they didn’t. They left me scrambling to find a new crew with no notice. And when I succeeded, the lead crew member had the gall to say, “I’m glad we were able to get that worked out for you.”
When the job was booked, the order was for two movers for two hours to assist with one pod, as indicated in your original request. We reached out multiple times via email for additional job details but did not receive a response until later via text. Based on the information provided, we advised that the move could take longer due to the townhouse layout and stairs.
Upon arrival, the crew discovered there were two pods and additional items not mentioned in the original booking. Despite having another scheduled job, our team stayed an additional two hours to assist as much as possible and communicated the time limitations in advance.
According to our records and photos, the crew worked efficiently under the circumstances and provided quality service within the booked timeframe. We always encourage customers to provide complete and accurate details when booking so we can schedule the appropriate crew size and duration for a smooth experience.

Arrived at the designated time - ready to go. This was a partial move of home furnishings so not everything was emptied out of the house. The crew of two were attentive when provided a tour of rooms, identifying what was to move and what stayed. ( Asked questions to clarify when needed.) In two hours a 16 foot POD was filled, tired down at intervals within the POD. The two gentlemen worked well together, were courteous and professional. Nice Job!

the two men showed up on time. They took a couple of minutes to establish their game plan. They then went to work with no breaks for two hours (total time paid). They were both very efficient. Yes, I would recommend again.

The movers showed up late, and barely gave me the two hours for which I paid. To their credit they did work fast. But the worst of it was the last piece of furniture they moved, put a three foot scratch in my floor. I have been calling claims and getting little to nothing in return. If they do not remediate my damage, I will have to take alternative action against the company.
To their response; saying my floor was already scratched:
Bold face lie! Prove it.
Show me the photo. My floor was pristine pior to the cabinet being moved.
But all this is mute. Turns out, as I just learned from their letter to me, HireAHelper is a broker firm. HireAHelper honored my request for movers. Little did I know they sublet the job to Classic American Movers. My complaint will be lodged against them (the actual moving company).
