These guys were incredible. They were scheduled between 7 and 8am, and arrived right at 7 after calling to let me know when they would be there. They were prepared, hard working, polite, and kind. They did not take breaks except when I insisted; they worked every second I was paying them for, and then some more. The job ended up being bigger than we'd anticipated and they went over time without any problems. They were excellent at filling every corner of our moving truck, but I ended up having too much stuff to fit despite their commendable efforts. When my daughter burst into tears because their wasn't enough room for her rocking horse, one of the movers said, "oh no, we can't have that!" and jumped back into the truck to rearrange everything to squeeze it in. They were careful with our property and insisted that none of our extra helpers pick up anything too heavy; they said, "no, you just leave the heavy stuff to us." They were also very trustworthy: when moving the dryer (which they also happily unhooked for me), they found some cash underneath, and found me in the other room to give it back. I could add more positive anecdotes, but in the interest of brevity I will just say that these are great humans and absolute professionals. I'd use them again any time.

They did a good job and worked hard. The truck was loaded quickly. But an expensive desk was damaged in transportation. It was on the legs instead of on the side. When things shifted, The legs broke and the desk then fell onto a bed frame and the bottom of the desk was damaged.

I have moved over 20 times in the last 10yrs. These guys were by far some of the best helpers I have used. They were on time and finished up faster than any other people I have used. Friendly, polite and hard workers. I will be using them again when I move into my house soon. They took real good care of my property as well.

George, Antoine and Lamar did a fantastic job. George called the night before to verify arrival time. With great care they moved furniture with glass, quilt blanketed everything, moved and packed a upright piano. Our house had tight doorways and many 90 Degree turns to get the furniture out. All of this was packed into POD storage unit. I recommend you call Lewis Moving ASAP and setup your wonderful helpers!

In a nutshell, they were sloppy and careless with our goods. Some examples of this are the various pieces of hardware that we kept finding all over our house after they left; hardware such as nuts and bolts for beds, for TV wall mounts, etc. Additionally, every time I checked on Mr. Lewis, I found him running a piece of furniture into another.
I would not recommend this company.

Antoine and Elijah were on time, loaded the moving pod in a timely manner, and helped me box up some last minute items. They were professional and friendly. I would recommend them. I appreciate that their services were recommended through 1-800-Pack-Rat so that I did not have to find a random company. Moving is hard and having good help is a big plus. THANKS.
