Older thin man was really good and helpful. The younger guy didn't exactly move at a by-the-hour rate. He took his time, would answer phone calls... They did come out on Christmas which was amazing! I tipped accordingly. Nothing got broken. Some of my wood items got scuffed but nothing major. Overall a good job.

The 2 man team who were sent to assist with my move were great! They showed up as anticipated, promptly began helping (actually taking charge) of the unloading and worked efficiently to help make my relocation a much smoother process. Not only did they work efficiently, there were no damages to my property as a result of the move. They came prepared to knock the job out, and that they did! Very pleased with their support.

Biggest problem is that they showed up 3 hours late and most of the work was already finished as we had a deadline to get the pod empty. They moved 5 items for us but were unable to hook up the dryer, so, all in all, not the best service for the money.

Incredibly flexible. We had a snafu with the POD company (never use them), but Lewis Moving company saved the day! They rescheduled around the POD issue, showed up on time and worked hard. I would definitely use them again.
