Movers were on time and polite. Seemed like two rookies and a supervisor.
Truck was not packed well. No strapping used to keep things in place during transit. Load had shifted substantially and it was like playing Jenga to get boxes out without the whole thing toppling over. Several scuff marks on wooden furniture, wooden bed frame cracked and bedroom set mirror damaged. Would not recommend.

Mover's response:
We know we’re not perfect and mistakes happen, but crucial details are left out. When we finish loading, we don’t know how the driver drove (like a maniac) and how far? And there were also other people sharing the moving containers and you had 5 feet to work with. We used 3 straps because we sold them to her. We had to stack the boxes very high to get them all to fit. So the kinda open boxes would have to go to the top so they don’t get crushed, which made it difficult .Before we left we asked if everything was ok and if you saw something wrong we could explain why we did it that way or we would’ve moved things the way you would like them. With the limited space it was difficult to maneuver. We apologize for any damage.

This was a great experience. The movers arrived on time, were friendly and asked me where everything should go. They put furniture back together and made everything so easy. By the time they left the furniture was in place and it was just a matter of opening my boxes and putting things away. Very easy and great team to work with.

The crew arrived on time and they were well prepared. They contacted me numerous times prior to arrival with updates. When the Movers arrived they went right to work and I mean work. They worked very hard and fast they were very respectful and treated our belongings and property with extreme care. I was amazed how well of a job they did. I would definitely use Moving Day Movers again and I would highly recommend them to others.

We will call and thank you for choosing us for your move and answer any questions you may have. We will follow up with you the day before and give you a call when we are on the way to you on moving day.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

We will arrive on time within delivery window delivery and listen to any instructions you may have.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Label any boxes or furniture that need extra care. If unloading, label which boxes go in which room and post notes for rooms (ex. Bedroom #1, Den, Dining, etc.)

What types of moves have you handled?

We have done all types.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

Meeting and helping customers moving day go as easy as possible. I truly care about your home and belongings.

What training do you provide your crew members?

I personally train and make sure they give the best customer service.
