We had two PODS that needed unloading after our move. Felix and John were assigned the job from Positive Moving Company. Felix and John were outstanding!! As they unloaded box after box, they verified which room each box needed to go to. We had a couple heavy pieces and they were very careful with them. They showed up on time and worked hard the entire time. They work well as a team and I would certainly hire them again. Positively Moving Company was excellent with their communications after booking with them.

I want to start by saying that Jonathan was professional and helpful during our move. He and the other older man worked hard and we were overall grateful for their help. However, we hired 3 movers - and the third mover (young guy) was not worth it. He did a lot of standing around, he was rough with our items that were marked fragile, which I think contributed to multiple broken dishes, pictures and decor. He was not as friendly as the other guys either. Ultimately, I ended up having to add three additional hours (not entirely their fault) which cost me a ton and I felt this could have been cut down some had we had 3 adequate helpers. Also, the job wasn't fully finished - and I had to load the remainder of our items myself. Also in the move, they packed things so tightly that multiple furniture pieces were busted - Including our 75" TV that was in the original box and styrofom packing that it was purchased in. The box was crushed between other items. One of the shelves that was broken, the top was ripped off and the broken pieces were packed in a different area. I know damage/accidents happen - and transparency would have gone a long way. I would say Jonathan and the other older man did a good job, and I would have given overall a positive review - but I would not recommend this company due to the damage, dishonesty and overall not getting what I paid for in labor.
