Workers were great but over 3 hours late. Because of that, we had unpacked most of the truck before arrival. And because of that we only used them for less than 2 of the 5 hours we booked them. Sounds like I’m not getting a refund.

They can expect nothing but the best from our crews. Our movers work effectively and professionally at all times. We always provide great customer service by keeping in touch with customers, always being honest and keeping our customers in the loop at all times.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
They can expect a crew ready to get the job done. Our crews are always more then wiling to accommodate the customers. They can also expect a confirmation call from the crew. As well as, another call to confirm the ETA of the movers.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The customer can reach out to us if anything changes after that confirmation call. They can also reach out to add on any last minute requests such as: ropes, dollies, extra movers or request for specific tools to disassemble or reassemble furniture.
What types of moves have you handled?
Our crews have handled out of state moves, local moves, long distance moves, piano moves, office moves, small moves such as rearranging houses or storage's. We have pretty experienced movers. We accept all jobs no matter the size or distance. We are always ready to go above and beyond for our customers.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We all enjoy making it easier on the customers. We have all had our fair share of moves and we can empathize with the customers. We understand that it could be a stressful day for them. The last thing our customers need is for us to make this day for them any harder. We also enjoy giving customers a helping hand. We know that everyone needs one sometimes.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We have our movers visit a personal trainer to make sure that they are in the best shape possible. We also have "moc" moves where we have the movers either load or unload a truck. We help them with different packing techniques to help them become great movers.
