Victors moving did a great job! They u loaded everything quickly and helped to unwrap and setup the furniture. They were very professional and would definitely recommend.

Nice guys, but arrived almost 2 hours late. Immediately asked to use the bathroom when they got here with very little sense of urgency when already so behind. My husband had to help them move the entire time to make progress. The extra mover sent for free bc of the delay did basically nothing. We asked him to grab part of a couch to bring down and 20 min later we found him just standing in the kitchen, not doing anything. They also did not bring the packing materials that we discussed with the owner prior, so I had to go out to buy some which set us back even further. They broke one of our paintings, didn’t get everything out on time but made sure to leave right when their time was up. My husband is left doing the rest of it now since somehow 3 guys (plus my husband) couldn’t finish a one bedroom apartment with very little furniture in 4 hours. Don’t have any confidence we would have made it even half way without him doing everything. They basically stopped working 30 min before their time was up, kept saying “times about up” and “at least we got the heavy stuff”. They did one trip in 30 mins at the end bc they were dragging their feet and then they asked for a tip. Between being late, unprepared, unprofessional and inefficient, it was a pretty big let down over all.

On moving day, customers can expect our crew to arrive ready to work with the proper tools, dollies, straps, and moving equipment needed for the job. We work efficiently while still taking care of the customer’s belongings. Our goal is to make the move as stress-free as possible by loading, unloading, and handling everything with care and respect.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should have boxes packed, items organized, and walkways clear before the crew arrives. It also helps to label boxes, separate fragile items, and let us know about any heavy, oversized, or delicate furniture ahead of time. If there are elevators, stairs, parking rules, or building requirements, customers should have those details ready so we can work safely and efficiently
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled local moves, apartment moves, house moves, office moves, storage unit moves, POD/container loading and unloading, truck loading and unloading, furniture rearranging, and last-minute moving jobs. We are experienced with both small and larger moves and always focus on getting the job done carefully and professionally.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part about being a mover is helping customers during an important and sometimes stressful time. I enjoy making the process easier, seeing the customer satisfied, and knowing that we helped protect their belongings and get them settled into their new place. Moving is hard work, but it feels good to provide a service people truly need.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our crew members have at least 2–3 years of prior moving or packing experience before working with us. We make sure every mover understands proper lifting techniques, safe handling, furniture protection, truck loading, packing, and how to work efficiently without rushing or damaging items. We also train our crew on customer service, communication, being respectful inside the customer’s home, and following special instructions.
