Great….once they got there. Like really good. Very quick. No damage. Loaded the truck carefully to make maximum use of space. But they called halfway through arrival window to say they would be 30 late. They then ended up 90 minutes late due to further fender bender delays.

Arrived 1 hour late
We’re short 1 person
Brought no tools: blankets , lifting straps, Dollie’s, tape, shrink wrap, or a proper hand truck. We had provided blankets that were not all used.
Hard workers…… and respectful enough, but knowledge of packing a truck of furniture was less than expected.
Some items were just tossed into open spaces.
Minor damage to furniture that could have been avoided. Metal against wood, etc.
Used my hand truck that had no padding or stair pulley to move some of the furniture.
Boxes of glassware placed upside down. Heavy boxes set on washer but supported by the control knobs. Very heavy item placed on patio table that is now bent.
They finished in the time allotted even being one person short….but a better job with three people finishing in the scheduled time would have been more appreciated.

I needed to change my time due to a delay in my POD and they were totally willing to work with me to accommodate my availability. They were fast, friendly and professional. Will use them for other needs in the future.

Keep us updated. If you have to step out, update, gotta a delay with something, update us. We will take care of the rest.

All types. We’ve been to NYC, Philly, Arizona, Atlanta, and so to name a few. All types and kinds of moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
A side from getting paid, the satisfaction of a concerned customer or the rebooking of multiple customers. That lets me know that we are pretty dang good lol.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Wrap all fragile items, don’t stack anything heavy on any light, fragile etc item. Wrap all wood, load heavy things towards the front of the truck to balance the weight. Interact with the customers. Make them feel comfortable being that you are in there domain. Smile and be courteous and we will be ok.
