Ryan and Bobby were not only on time but they called earlier and said they could come early if I preferred. I did have them come an hour early and as it turned out it started to rain when they finished. They were very courteous and respectful of our belongings. They did a great job packing the truck and I ended up being able to take more than I thought I could. What's your favorite part about being a mover?
A side from getting paid, the satisfaction of a concerned customer or the rebooking of multiple customers. That lets me know that we are pretty dang good lol.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Wrap all fragile items, don’t stack anything heavy on any light, fragile etc item. Wrap all wood, load heavy things towards the front of the truck to balance the weight. Interact with the customers. Make them feel comfortable being that you are in there domain. Smile and be courteous and we will be ok.
