They came and did their job and were done before their window was even closed

First of all they were one hour late but they still charged me for that hour. Four people showed up Matt, Danny, Carl and Nick. Matt spent more time on the phone talking to her girlfriend than helping the other three men. They were supposed to bring their own tools but they were empty handed. Thankfully I had my own. Do I recommend Verlys? Not really.

The helpers were running late so they gave me a call so I knew what was happening which was great. They came prepared and ready to move anything. After taking a quick tour, they were ready to go. They worked hard and got done very fast. They handled everything with care and there were no bumps against the wall or into the truck. I would definitely recommend using them again. Thanks!

The administrative staff was great, calling a few times beforehand to confirm the scheduled service. They were also very pleasant not he phone. The movers were timely and pleasant overall as well. The reason for the 3 stars were you could clearly tell they were in a rush to get out of there. The unload went well and they helped me put my bed back together which was great, but there was no order for where they left things and how things were organized. Left me to have to move furniture by myself and move boxes stacked head high in a tight kitchen just to move around. Unfortunately this left a bad taste around the entire experience. Also I booked them for 3 hours and they were done in 2:15. Still had to pay for the three hours.

Showed up on time, ready to move, and efficient. They worked super fast, and had no problems lifting anything! I'd give them 4 3/4 stars, only because I was a little unsure of having such young men as movers. My usual movers were booked, so these guys were a great replacement!
