Robinson's was the best help I've ever had! They were early for the job, were super respectful, and used our time very efficiently. When I needed to change plans halfway through loading the truck, they adjusted quickly and kept the process rolling for us. When I'd had a problem with the initial booking, they worked it out quickly & easily for me. These guys saved my sanity in the move!
These guys showed up on time, worked hard with no breaks, and with the exception of one guy, had very little damage done to my belongings or the property. I'd use them again if I needed more help in the future.

The guys were on time and very helpful!! We we dealing with a stressful move that required traveling 4 hours with two young children. They went above and beyond by helping to sweep out the moving truck, they even helped my husband by backing the moving truck off of the street and getting it parked and offering him rides until I made it into town!!!! We received a true warm welcome to a new town!!!!!
They were on time. They were prepared. They worked hard. They were respectful of our property. They did a good job of packing our truck. Great guys. I would use them again. Mr. Robinson and his helper were great.
Very prompt and finished quickly even during a hot day. Placed our things where we wanted them without any damage to the house or the items.
The experience was pleasant and almost everything was done as expected. One tiny thing I didn't notice until they left was that they did not put together the upstairs bed. I Would use them again.
They were on time and prepared, but they stood around goofing off wasting time then charged us overtime which included the time We took them to eat and paid for it. Did not complete the job and refused to return without another large sum of money! My husband is 75 years and disabled with COPD, and they left us high and dry knowing we were unable to move ourselves. I would not recommend them to my enemy!!!
Great! Very courteous and polite. I told them I was accommodating and flexible on the time of day. My appointment was 9-10 am with 3 movers. Owner called me the day before to let me know it would be close to 10am because of a small move first thing that morning for someone else. The next day he called to say the customers were not truthful about size and hours of job and they were not even completely boxed up and husband and wife were fighting; not the movers fault, I believed him (seemed very trustworthy) I told him it's no problem if it's 1pm before they get to me. He was very apologetic but I insisted I didn't mind. He could make other arrangements but I said don't worry about it. They didn't show up until 3:40pm which was a problem because the U-Haul I rented was due back at 6pm. I've moved before and knew it would take about 4 hours (which is exactly what it did take). I scheduled my appointed for 5 hours total to be on the safe side. So I had to pay an extra $90 for another day's U-Haul rental. I told the owner this and he was sorry and said he could have sent 2 guys over that morning if he knew the U-Haul situation. I was trying to be nice when I spoke on the phone with him earlier in the day telling him it didn't have to be by 10 or 11 or 12; I was not expected nor did I mean 3:45 was ok (this U-Haul situation was mostly my fault). I'm not upset with movers, mostly not their fault, partly my fault and miscommunication. They worked hard, knew what they were doing. Price was completely acceptable and average or below average market rate. The only true negative thing is one of the workers accidentally scratched the wall at the new rental house in about 4-5 places. 2 of which punctured small holes in the wall while the other scratches simple removed the paint. All are easily repairable. The owner was very apologetic and said he would pay for it. I said let me check with the landlord and if they have the same color paint available then it's no problem I can fix it cheap. If it turns out to be expensive then I'll contact you about payment. I would actually give them 4.75 stars just for the scratched wall but we all make mistakes and that can happen to anyone. I would definitely use them again and recommend you use them.
