I had a horrible move with Robinsons Hauling and Moving. They were not prepared or equipped to disassemble our beds and dresser mirrors, even though I requested it in my reservation. They did not have proper tools. My husband had to assist them with his tools and we ended up paying for two additional hours because they were unprepared. Also, they packed wood on wood in the moving truck so I had lots of damaged furniture once I got to my destination. The moving blankets that we provided were not used. Additionally, hardware for putting the beds back together is missing. The way in which the truck was packed...thrown together...impacted the unpacking of my property. The company at destination was horrified at the condition of our property and it took them longer to unpack. I definitely not would not recommend Robinsons Hauling and Moving Service. They were unprofessional and not prepared.

Very good movers. Showed up on time. Moved everything out very fast. Called them back a few days later after my new floors were installed and they got everything moved back in just as fast. Very courteous young men.

They arrived on time but once a second POD arrived it seemed they forgot how to pack. I told them I wanted to get as much furniture onto the first POD as possible. They took that to mean that all they had to load was furniture and that’s exactly what they did for 2 hours. I had to get another company to come and unload 3/4 of the POD and load it correctly then load the second POD. I was seriously distressed until the second company was able to correct the loading done by Robinson’s Moving and Hauling.
