These guys did a good job, but they were not able to get all of the furniture out of my place. I had called early on to tell them that I had a large couch that would require maneuvering. They insisted they could handle it and said that they do this sort of thing all the time. That was not the case. The couch had to be left behind. But they were efficient in moving the rest of my belongings, all without a single scratch or break, so I can give them credit there.

They showed up early, were respectful and worked hard however they did not seem to be very experienced. I had moving blankets that they didn’t use and my $1,200 wine fridge that I’ve had for only 9 months was destroyed. The top was all scratched up and the glass door was shattered.
Blankets were indeed used. Bungee cords which move were provided not straps to hold load. No matter experience the wrong size truck won’t hold all of your belongings. Crew advised upon arrival it wouldn’t all fit and client said cram all you can. We are not responsible for driving habits and opposite end of move. At time of release all was proper and docs signed. Fridge was blanketed and padded by cardboard.

Cody and Hunter, came right on time and begin work immediately. Fan loaded my pod right into my empty two car garage. But they asked me questions whether I wanted certain things in front or behind or how do I want this or that tilted, it was nice that they had a lot of common sense and thoughtfulness.
Got another pod coming from eastern United States in a couple of weeks. I will definitely call you again!

We treat our clients like family and work as hard and diligently as possible to make your moving experience as great as possible.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will walk you through our process starting with a walk through of your home or business documenting with pictures the condition everything is in to ensure if any damages occur that you are covered with documentation. We start when we arrive, just as you would expect from and service provider.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure your pod,trailer, or truck is on site before we arrive. Please have all needed equipment available for our crew's, I.E. rope,straps,plastic wrap, blankets, ext. Please be aware that our crews will call the day of your move when heading to you with an eta.
What types of moves have you handled?
We service all need. In almost 2 decades of services we have done it all.

The satisfaction of the client.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our crews members are screened and trained hands-on by management before entering the field. Management consists of long-term employees that worked up our ranks from the bottom.

Same Day Moves
We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
