In a word "Incompetent" and I normally do not give reviews, however, in this case you need to know before this happens to you. Essentially, three hours late to the job, I guess the crew was tried from an earlier assignment. The truck was loaded so poorly we had to hire another company to unload the truck the next day and properly load in order to fit all items. If you use this company make sure you watch carefully how they handle and load your possessions.

Kevin and Lani were hard workers, who efficiently unloaded our 16ft POD in less than an hour. They handled our belongings with gentle care, and even graciously took the time to place them in the room where each item would go. This made unpacking everything later much less stressful. Kevin and Lani were friendly, and professional. We are so glad to have this crew for our unloading! Definitely will be hiring My Guys Elite Moving Co., next time we move. They won’t let you down!

Kevin and Lani arrived on time and we discussed the items to be moved into the POD. They did a great job of efficiently packing the items so that everything fit. Kevin and Lani took very good care of my furniture and communicated along the way to let me know how much space was left in the POD. Kevin and Lani were even able to fit some items that I didn’t think would be able to make the trip. Highly recommend and really appreciate the work they did. Thank you!

I was very pleased with My Guys Elite moving. They called ahead of time to notify they were on their way. Woo and Jaylon were professional and jumped right to unloading my storage container. I would suggest them have items boxed up unless ordered packing. Also would suggest them to have their beds broken down.

We have handled all types of moves. Moves we have completed- Long distance, local, international, commercial, gym moves, etc.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite apart about being a mover is showing our customer that we are not just movers. Most times at the end of our move our customers are inviting us back to eat or see them again. Our mantra is “Less like movers, more like family.”
What training do you provide your crew members?
Before they are officially tagged “My Guys” they have to go through a few simulated moves, including packing, wrapping, and moving through obstacles with furniture in hand!
