They were late arriving but that was due to the rain storm and they called to let us know. They were very hard workers. They moved furniture down from the second story and filled a large POD in 2 hrs. I think as very impressed. Would highly recommend this crew.

The two guys you sent did not waste one minute. Very hard working guys. arrived on time and finished loading tasks on time. courteous and respectful. It was a hot day and they had to climb down one flight of stairs I highly recommend these movers.

THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL MOVERS!! I hired them via Upack and was told multiple times they were professional movers. I was also told 3 men would show up and only 2 did. Because of their lack of know how they cost me so much money. The didn’t pack the truck correct costing me hundreds of dollars and some of my stuff is broken.
When I first called about this the manager basically said “what do you want me to do about it.” At first I wanted them to repack the truck because I knew it wouldn’t make it across country in tact.
Anyway, just horrified and disgusted. I want my money back plus damages. Just awful awful awful service.

Carlos and his partner did a great job! We are getting our floors re-done so we had to move everything in a pod parked in the driveway. They were careful with our belongings and organized the bolts & screws for each item they needed to disassemble. We will use them again when we move everything back in! Thank you!

Wowow! Thanks MGE Moving for all the help. I had a 5x8 trailer filled to the brim and Carlos & Bryson knocked it out in a little under than 2 hours. They were prompt, super friendly guys with a can-do attitude. 10/10 would recommend.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
I would suggest them have items boxed up unless ordered packing. Also would suggest them to have their beds broken down.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled all types of moves. Moves we have completed- Long distance, local, international, commercial, gym moves, etc.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite apart about being a mover is showing our customer that we are not just movers. Most times at the end of our move our customers are inviting us back to eat or see them again. Our mantra is “Less like movers, more like family.”
What training do you provide your crew members?
Before they are officially tagged “My Guys” they have to go through a few simulated moves, including packing, wrapping, and moving through obstacles with furniture in hand!
