Big League movers is in a class by themselves. From first contact to final paperwork, everyone was 100% professional. We have used moving services before and had less than perfect results. Big League is Major League. I have never seen such care put into making sure every item was packed and loaded properly. They made this first part of our move a stress free success. This was a last minute service provider that accepted the job due to another company not showing up - First mistake. The packers did not pack the truck properly, argued with the client about how the truck was suppose to be packed and cost us an additional $900 of unneeded rental of a Uhaul truck and trailer for a long distance move. On top of that, they attempted to charge us an additional 2 hours to fix a problem that they caused. They did not complete the job and we were left trying to figure out what to do in order to be out of a home on our official final walk-thru day. Horrible!
